Vendor Fee: Admittance is $30 for a 10'x10' space for each market. If a vendor requires additional space, please submit a request for approval.
Absence: Vendors must notify Soundwave Social 7 days before the market if they are to be absent. Please note that failure to provide such notice, late arrival, or a no-show absence may result in vendor forfeiture of future Soundwave Social events, and no refund will be granted.
Market Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, all vendors will be informed of any cancellations or market updates.
Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces will be assigned by Soundwave Social. Vendors are responsible for ensuring no trash or other items are left behind after clean-up. Vendors are encouraged to bring a sign that includes their business name and logo. Vendors are to remain in their designated section and not encroach on neighboring vendor spaces.
Vendor Equipment: Vendors are responsible for all equipment needs. This includes: tables, chairs, tents, and any electrical needs. Electricity will not be provided. Tents must be safely secure with sandbags, weights, etc.
Set up and Tear down: Set up begins at 11:00AM. If you would like to arrive earlier, you may. Tear down begins promptly at 5:00PM. Please note vendors are expected to stay for the entirety of the market time.
Professional Conduct: Conduct that is hazardous, disruptive, unlawful, or offensive to the public, staff, or other vendors may result in immediate revocation of the Vendor’s license without refund. Soundwave Social is not liable for any loss resulting from such removal.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: Vendor agrees that Soundwave Social, its members, directors, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from Vendor participation. Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soundwave Social from any claims or liabilities arising from:
1. Injury to persons or property
2. Vendor negligence or misconduct
3. Failure to comply with laws
Vendor agrees to cover all legal fees and judgments arising from such claims.
